Five Things I'd Hate to Give Up If Money Got Tight

1) Cable modem / broadband internet access.
2) Blue Bell ice cream (esp. Coke floats w/Natural Vanilla Bean ice cream).
3) Nacho Cheese Doritos.
4) Starbucks Caffe / Caramel Mochas.
5) Imported beer (esp. Bass, Heineken, Dos Equis).

Of all the things you now buy on a regular basis, what would you have the toughest time giving up if money became a strict issue?

I'd hate to give up the one time each week that we eat out for dinner. It's a nice, relaxing way to start the weekend by going out on Friday night, but it's something we could do without if money were ever a problem.

I wouldn't much like to give up eating out, but I could do that easier than any of the items I listed above. That much I know.

I would certainly have a hard time giving up high speed internet. I could do without cable TV and a cell phone, but not internet access.

my DVR

No way would I give up my high speed internet access.

For me, it would be high speed internet and getting my nails done.

Hating to sound like a broken record, but... high speed internet and good beer would be way up there. Fabric and yarn would be right after that.

I'd hate to give up my gym membership. That'd be so lame.

In the case of tight money, I'd hate to give up air conditioning, my Bacardi rum and Amstel Lite, and all things chocolate! Not eating out would stink, too...

In the case of natural disaster: I'd hate to not have the use of our washing machine...then I'd really need the rum and chocolate!
