A post over at PFAdvice.com got me to thinking:
For all you guys who aren't refinancing every 3 or 4 years, siphoning out all the equity from your homes in the form of cash-out refis, and drawing your mortgage terms out at least another 30 years every time, I have to ask:
Why do you hate America?

Not spending money is a communist plot by the dreaded Canadians to threaten the short-term viability of the US economy.
