		<description>I don&#039;t have anything to say but, man you hit the nail on the head again with this one.  I never thought of secondary education as a possible realm for a &quot;bubble&quot;.  But consider what a bubble is - a market overvaluing some asset.  We as a society have definitely overvalued the college degree - particularly with the &quot;studies&quot; (Women&#039;s studies, religious studies, african american studies, the college I am a professor at even has Scandinavian Studies).  I have yet to think even once, &quot;Hmm who could solve this difficult problem - say the energy crisis, or the oil spill in the gulf, safer cars, etc - Ah yes, it calls for the powerful capabilities of a gender studies major.&quot;
